Big Little Brothers (Part 2)

So here's the second part of our "big little brothers" expo!

Charlie, Clayton's little brother, graduated in 2006 and did one semester at UVSC in Provo to get his college experience going. A little while back you may remember a post about him getting his mission call to Richmond, Virginia. Well, over the last few months we've seen him grow up a lot as he has prepared himself for the two years of service to the Lord. He has also done some "trimming" as he's prepared! Here's a little slide-show demonstrating the hair transitions.

On September 22nd Charlie went through the Oakland, California Temple to take out his endowments. Here are some pictures outside the temple that day. It was so nice to go through with him. What a neat experience.


On September 23rd Charlie gave his farewell talk in church and then we had a family luncheon for him at Deanne and Jim Welch's home. Here are the pictures from that day:

On September 30th there was an open house for Charlie at his grandmother Janet Leonard's home. It was a cheesecake event, as cheesecake is Charlie's favorite dessert! Here are some pictures of that event and Tuesday October 2nd's setting apart:


We are all so proud of Charlie and of his hard work and preparation for his mission. He is currently in the MTC in Provo, UT and will be there until October 23rd. If you want to send him a letter or package then send it to:
